greatly enjoyed every minute of being there, recommend. the room was brand-new, with good view, had free wi-fi, super-friendly and amazingly nice staff. the atmosphere created was special. the hotel's location was marvellous, adjacent to supermarkets and the beach. besides, the property was 4 km away from cenote crystal museum.

I was thrilled to find that every room had its own private pool, adding to the sense of exclusivity. The spa and massage services were absolutely gorgeous, making me feel like I was in paradise.
